Hi Tal, Deb and Daiker's crew!
We're very excited about coming to Old Forge this summer and
hanging out with everyone on Fourth Lake!! Mark the date....
CASE AND DAVIDSON rockin' the house August 14th and 15th, 2009 and again on Sunday, CASE, DAVIDSON AND LIEBING on August 16, 2009! We expect to see everyone there!!!! Lots of love to you from the Fab Florida Keys......see you soon!

I would like to congratulate myself on winning the Daikers Election 2008. Since I'm the only one that voted and I voted for myself twice it was a landslide victory. Acorn has nothing on me! Thank you all for not participating and allowing me to run away with this election.

We've had several complaints about our new website format and have been working hard to get everything fixed for you. Before clicking reply and submitting your issue make sure you are running either Netscape or Internet Explorer 7. The browser seems to be the main issue why you can't see the correct pages. Please reply with issues that you are still having so we can't get it fixed as soon as possible.

Saturday, 22 December 2007, at 2:15 a.m.
The temperature is approximately 29 F degrees. Friday day was mostly overcast and cloudy, with the temperature highs in the upper 20‘s. There‘s approximately 16 to 20 inches of snow in Old Forge and approximately 20 to 26 inches on the higher elevation areas like Stillwater. The lower elevation areas like Forestport and Boonville have approximately 16 to 20 inches of snow on the ground. The cloudy sky has helped block the sun and kept the melting to a minimum, even with the warmer temperatures.

Tonight, traffic in the area continues to pick up. Old Forge’s groomers have been out maintaining their trails. The trails are a hard-packed, snow base, with a few inches of loose powder on top. South of Thendara towards White Lake was groomed and in good to excellent condition. Continuing South to Forestport and Alder Creek was groomed and in good condition. Heading towards Boonville was groomed and good condition. The Railroad tracks heading to Big Moose Station are in good to fair condition. Be alert to areas where the rails are exposed. Trail 1 heading out of Old Forge was groomed and in good condition. Trail 3 was groomed and in good condition. Trails 7, 8, 9 and 10 were groomed and in good condition. As you travel on Trail 5 towards Route 28, the roads have a good cover of snow. Continuing on Trail 5 past Daiker’s Inn was groomed and in good condition. Heading through Inlet, has a good snow base and in good condition. Continuing towards Moose River Plains was groomed and in good condition. Passing Limekiln Lake, to the Moose River Pains was groomed and in good condition. Heading North to Stillwater, using Big Moose Road, has good snow coverage towards Eagle Bay. Heading North on Stillwater Road to Stillwater has good snow coverage as well, past Trail 2 and 10. The closer you travel toward Stillwater, the better the snow cover. Heading South to Brantingham has been was in good condition, Continuing past the Pine Tree Inn, has good snow cover all the way out to the drive-in theater and the RVI Restaurant, near Rt 12.
